What is ASEAN Contrology Convention?
ASEAN Contrology Convention is a major regional annual event dedicated to educating 6 principles of the Pilates Method; namely Center, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow to the Pilates community, regardless of schools and backgrounds.
Purpose: The convention serves as a leading platform for Pilates professionals, instructors, and enthusiasts across Southeast Asia and beyond to deepen their knowledge, refine their skills, and connect with the global Pilates community.
